Introduction: The emerging and evolving situation of Coronavirus disaese-2019 (COVID-19) threatens the health all human beings. This study aims to measure mortality rate years life lost (YLL) due premature death caused by COVID-19 in Iran, Ahvaz Jundishapur University Medical Sciences. Materials Methods: In this study, definite deaths were used. First, descriptive analysis, including mean standard deviation number, was performed. Then, raw age-standardized rates calculated. analysis number YLL performed using template 2015, from World Health Organization, Excel spreadsheet software version 2007.
